Music Production Lessons

Is your student attracted to technology, but you're unsure how to foster it productively? Imagine your student deeply engaged in their music making software on their iPad or computer, rather than Minecraft! Deeply Rooted's music production lessons engage students in music through the lens of technology, encouraging them to get creative with technology. Learn the music software and make beats using equipment in our state-of-the art recording studio. We have synthesizers, drum pads, sequencers, microphones, all available for exploration and play under the guidance of our expert teachers! No prior music experience is necessary.

Learn to make beats and compose.
Here's what our student, Harrison, has to say about his newest song...

You'd be surprised what students can do at home with minimal equipment. Some sort of device is recommended, but depending on age we frequently start students on their phone, iPad, or Chromebook with free apps such as GarageBand or Soundtrap. Once students are ready to level up their music production, we have a partnership with music production company, Ableton, so that students can receive 40% off their software purchase!
No gear at home? No problem!

My 6 and and 8 year olds have been taking piano and guitar lessons at Deeply Rooted for over a year and LOVE it. Their teachers are knowledgeable, very patient and always going the extra mile to engage the kids using their specific interests. The overall vibe is incredibly warm and welcoming.

Deeply Rooted Music School is outstanding! They go beyond just teaching music; they nurture a deep love for it. The owners are experienced educators and accomplished musicians who create an environment that's as welcoming as it is enriching. My children absolutely adore their time here, and I couldn't be happier.

Cannot say enough good things about Deeply Rooted Music School. Our kids have flourished here- not just in playing an instrument, but in creating and loving music, in performing for an audience, in working collaboratively with a group, and so much more. The focus on inclusivity and creativity is honestly amazing.
